Our experience at Hana Lodge was absolutely incredible, from the fabulous staff and personalised customer service they offer to our gorgeous room and facilities available to us. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout and the in house dining experience was divine. The grounds are stunning and along with the Lodge there is such an enchanting feel about the place. We will be back in September and can't wait!!

Fabulous weekend away in Rotorua - so much beauty and so much to do. Urban Lounge Sleepery was perfect - spacious, clean room, good bathrooms - and a lovely large shared kitchen / dining area with big windows looking onto the adjacent park. We were welcomed warmly by very helpful staff, and much appreciated the extras like milk provided for cups of tea, filtered water, and 'smart' TV to cast to. To top it off, the use of an on-site good-sized heated pool and spa! We intend to come again for weekends in Rotorua to experience all the things we couldn't fit into this weekend and will definitely stay at Urban Lounge Sleepery again - I'll also be recommending it to family and friends.
