Very modern clean house with ALL the amenities you could want. The host, Nicole, was very accommodating and communicating was very easy - even weeks before we arrived from Canada. The ‘information book’ she provided about the place was one of the best I’ve ever seen! The little breakfast/lunch restaurant downstairs was very nice, great coffee, food and service.

Airport hotels can be sketchy. This one is very nice. It's huge but felt cozy for our short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi worked well and parking was free. We especially liked the free airport shuttle.

The hotel facilities were excellent.
The hotel facilities were excellent. It was quiet but well-located, with friendly staff. Everything was clean and the bed & pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The purpose of our stay was to visit the Keukenhof and that was an easy walk away. Town is also pretty and worthy of a visit itself, with specialty shops, as well as nearby supermarkets. Restaurant at front of Hotel was lovely with cosy atmosphere, welcoming, friendly staff and good food. Others nearby also very good with wide variety of food choices.

Very friendly town, had the feel of a.country village community. Visitors made to feel welcome. some good bars,.cafes and.restaurants but not overly 'touristy'. Beautiful gardens everywhere - the people of Lisse are clearly very proud of their closeness to Keuchenhof and the tulip fields.

We stayed 3 nights, which was aboout the right length of time. It was an easy bus ride from Schiphol airport (no 361) and a 10 minute walk. We spent a whole leisurely day at Keukenhof which was stunning. On a rather wet day we went on a pleasant 1 1/2 hour canal boat cruise past the dykes and windmills and through lakes starting at Lisssebrug at the bottom of Kanaalstraat (15-20 minutes walk from the hotel). We also went in the Black Tulip Museum, which was rather small and overpriced for what was there. If it had been better weather we would have cycled round the local area on the very good cycle tracks. There was plenty of bike hire places including at our hotel. There was a lovely Greek restaurant in town, and a very good restaurant at our hotel (De Duis), where we also eat at. In the shopping parade was a lovely café which did excellent light lunches.

Hotel is excellent in terms of cleanliness & friendly staffs. Surrounded with convenient shops/restaurant. We missed the Tulips season, it is only about 10 minutes walk to Keukenhof Garden. We will definitely come back to stay at Hotel Lisse. Thank you

The town had many good shops for clothing and restaurants/cafes. Our hotel was centrally located and the staff offered helpful information of what we needed to find in regards to a postal office and bus lines.

The restaurant is was lovely with what seemed like a lot of locals around. So we really enjoyed the vibe. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, so it was really easy to travel to. I would even stay there again if I need to be near Schiphol. It takes a while on the bus, but it is all very comfortable. And I can imagine this is the perfect place to stay during tulip season.

Near the hotel, there was city parking that was free. Bonus for us. Easy walk to the hotel from parking. The Breakfast Buffet was delicious. Lots of different items to choose from. The coffee machines were amazing. Love the selections of coffee you could have. Reminds me of a coffee house. Wonderful staffing from the front desk to the buffet area. Had a homecoming package of local chocolate, stroopwaffles and a small bottle of wine. Cute one bedroom apartment with cutlery, dishes, glasses, and pans. 10 minute drive to Keukenhof Gardens. Right in the edge of a street mall, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and boutiques. Quiet at night. Extremely convenient. Easy parking.
