It's a great hotel for those wanting a nice space at a reasonable price. It's in a top lo action too, short walk to downtown and a bike ride, short taxi or collectivo to Tulum beach. Staff were exceptional.

The hotel rooms were beautifully designed. The staff was friendly. Rooftop restaurant was very good. Location was great for Tulum City, 12 mins drive to the beach. The private courtyard for the room was a great touch as well.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms are beautiful. Location is top. It's super easy to catch the bus to the beach. Supermarket just across the road.

We stayed here two nights, room was nice and the bed was very comfortable! Bathroom was nice and provided mini shampoo and conditioner!
Good location with a little shop just 100 metres.
Breakfast was basic but nice, fruit with yoghurt and granola followed by a warm dish that changed daily.
The staff were very helpful especially Gabriella, we were able to park the car right outside

We seriously lucked out with our stay here. From the moment we pulled up to the quiet location and sea breeze we were over the moon with the place and it only for better from there. The accommodation is spacious, clean and well equipped. Julian was a super host and made sure we were happy throughout our stay. Antal has friendly, helpful staff full time that even brought us fresh coconuts our first day. There are kayaks and paddle boards available for use and loads of fun games in the communal area. We spent a few blissful days just at the salt water pool enjoying the views.
I cannot recommend this place enough and we will be back!
The one detail I would add is you really need a car to make the most of the area.
