The hotel is set in a beautiful location just north to Marrakech with beautiful views of the Atlas Mountains. Soon as you walk into the lobby you smell beautiful fresh burning bakoor which gives the place a very warm and welcoming feeling! Once we had checked in we were taken to our room which had a lovely view over looking the swimming pools and entertainment area. The room itself was very clean and had a fresh feel to it also. The kids absolutely loved and enjoyed the Aqua Park and spent most of their day having fun and making friends in and around the multiple water slides and attractions that are there. The buffet restaurant which was very clean very presentable was second to non, having been to all-inclusive hotels before I was a bit wary about what the food would be like, but I was taken a back and very surprised at the high standard and the amount of effort and care which had been put in to cook that amount food everyday 3 times a day, the food was amazing every single day without fail and was always fresh and to a high standard! In the evening after your dinner you could head down the lobby and the disco area where the animation team namely Walid Hala Zak Fadwa and the others laid on some very very enjoyable family oriented entertainment and fun every night for a few hours as they would do throughout the day with the Aqua Gym Yoga Zumba and other activities during the day for all the guests to take part in also!! All in all I would say this was probably the best hotel I have stayed for a long time and will definitely be returning very soon!! Thanks to all who made our holiday fun enjoyable and created lots of memories for us.

The employees are friendly. The food was good and the service is great. Special thanks to Zineb and Abdelsadiq. They helped us during our stay. My wife felt sick because of the pregnancy. So Abdelsadiq came direct to see her and brought her to a clinic. He was so friendly and caring. My wife and i had a pleasant experience and we definitely will come back.

The rooms are large. there is enough space for 2 people and 2 kids. there are enough swimming pools. The aqua park is nice and fun. Food is was ok. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. The distance to the city is quite far. The rooms definitely need a makeover. Closet-doors are hitting the floor and cannot close well. the shower-head was broken. The toilet leaks water all the time. Warm water is coming and going, you'll never know when you can get a hot shower. External noise can be heard from the hallway or from the swimming pools. the noise was so loud on a Sunday that the kids could no sleep because of the loud music outside. The aqua park closes too early.

If you decide to go to Medina square I suggest you get a guide because you will not enjoy it from all the hassling. We met a lovely man called Mohammed who took us around the square it was quite a lovely experience
