Beautiful and clean apartman that matches the pictures and it's on an amazing location. Close to all the peaks and lakes we wanted to visit and has a private parking which helped a lot. The kitchen is really well equipped and pets are welcome🙌💓. Highly recommend!

The location is AWESOME! This property is all about location. Awesome view, 15-25 min by car to great places. Making grill on the heel of the mountain made one of our evenings.

staying at apt hofer maria was comfortable and nice. The owners were very helpful when we were stuck somewhere because of the strike. We would definitely go back if we want to go back to Villabassa.

Villabassa is a small town surrounded by spectacular...
Villabassa is a small town surrounded by spectacular mountain scenery. We enjoyed meals at the Hotel Adler and Mexico City and also made use of the small supermarkets and the bakery. For those without transport there are local buses to the main walking routes.Sue

The only bathroom is in the master bedroom; however, there is another toilet just outside the door in the hallway if needed. We enjoyed breakfast at the Adler hotel, and the many food choices in nearby Dobbiaco.
