Room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was fine except the americano coffee was not hot enough and a second cup was not spospontanously offered.

location is superb, right next to a lot of restaurants and cafes. bus stops are there as well. the room was quiet as it was over a tiny narrow alley. close to the ferries and water as well

The room was clean and cosy in a good location for a good price. 2 stars is a bit of an insult to the owners and staff to be honest.
