Great location - right on the piazza. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and booked us a table at a local restaurant.
Breakfast was included and there was a good range of italian breakfast foods - meats, cheeses and biscuits/cakes etc.

The room was exception. Big with everything I needed. It was exceptionally clean, big bathroom, very comfy bed. It had a balcony which was wonderful. There was also bikes available for guests use which was a bonus as it would appear that everyone who lives in this wonderful city Ferrara travels b y bike because its so convenient.

Room was nice and comfortable, with mini fridge. The location is excellent, just around the corner is the Castello Estense. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of options. We were able to store our luggage in the hotel until afternoon on our check-out day.
