Amazing place, located in a beautiful garden, surrounded by olive trees; the apartment was perfectly clean, cozy, with nice details; the view from the terrace was breathtaking. The hosts, Antonella and her husband, was very kind and friendly; they gave us a free oil testing fron their farm and it was a very pleasant experience.

The room was clean, enough space and the bath room was renovated. The room was like in the description and it was nice. Breakfast was more than enough choice. Quality good, Cappuccino was very good for a hotel.

Good location at a reasonable price in which to visit the Viareggio Carnevale or the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking is conveniently located and just outside the parking exclusion zone enforced the day of the parade, so you don't have to worry about moving your car or getting towed. View of the ocean on one side of the hotel and of the mountains on the other. Having a refrigerator is always a plus, though a electric kettle would also be nice.
The house is situated in Santa Lucia in a green village. It is very clean, well equipped and bigger than most of the houses from Pisa and surroundings. The owner is very friendly and helpful, all small issues were solved quickly. Very nice garden with citrus trees. Nice terace and spatious kitchen, rooms and living room. Comfortable beds. A pleasure to relax or as base camp, to visit Cinque Terre, Pisa and the coast. Thank you again, Cristina!
