One of the best in Puglia
Masseria Cervarolo provides unique accommodation in both the main building and in typical Apulian trulli, stone buildings of the 16th century.

Warm welcome that included help with luggage and personally shown around room and the masseria's communal areas, which was appreciated. Accommodation and surrounds are outstanding. There is great attention to detail and a keen design eye applied to all furnishings that's fully in keeping with the history and location of the property. Evening sea food 'tasting' menu was excellent: high quality, tasty food, well prepared and presented. Staying in a Trulli highly enjoyable and the screeching owl outside the window in the early hours just added to a memorable, special stay!
Located on a hill in the White City of Ostuni, Hotel Incanto features an outdoor pool and a terrace offering panoramic views of the Puglia countryside.

This was one of the best experiences we've had in a hotel anywhere ! The staff was so kind and attentive, the room was just what we needed and the location was perfect ! A few kilometers away from Ostuni, a wonderful place to spend our evenings ! Breakfast was very tasty, Wi-Fi in common areas was working great and the pool was a dream !
There's a lot of parking spots just in front of the hotel if you have a rental car which is always a plus.
The room had a mini fridge and AC that worked perfectly, great sea view and again, all the staff members were kind and very helpful.
Would recommend, 100% !!

We loved E-VE-RY-THING. The team, the ambiance, the contact, the professionalism, the attention, the food, the situation, the building, the rooms.
Everything was smooth and perfect.
We all really appreciated the time we spent there, in this drop of paradise that fell close to Ostuni.
One of these places you would really like to keep as a personal secret but... politeness requires me to share this feedback, with sincerity.
Thanks. A lot.

The hotel had a lovely atmosphere…it was a beautiful place to stay. We ate at the restaurant on site a couple of times…….. it was good not to have to walk back up into the town centre to eat.

Old Ostuni is a beautiful, white hilltop town and is very centrally located in the Puglia region on the heel of Italy with good access to Matera, Lecce, Bari, Alberobella (Tulli houses), Martina Franca and other sites. Old Ostuni has some steep streets and stairs, but one may always take a tuk-tuk to get around or have a tour. The replica of the Venetian Bridge of Sighs is a beautiful site in Ostuni.

Car parking for tourists is a nightmare with over zealous parking wardens. Lecce has built an excellent, central underground car park which is safe, clean. Yes it costs a few Euros but the facility exists. Ostuni has aggressive locals monopolising insufficient car parking. The Ostuni authorities are strangling tourism as Ostuni has a dreadful reputation for parking which reduces the tourist foot fall. Typical arrogance, though, from Italian local government which also does little to prevent litter every where.

Ostuni is a stunning city on a hill with beautiful views out over the surrounding countryside and east to the Adriatic Sea. The centro storico has been beautifully preserved and is a joy to walk through. Ciccio gelato shop, located outside of the old portion of the city, produces amazingly good gelato. Gabo (in the old city) has excellent cocktails and aperitivi.
I visited near the end of low season and the city had a sleepy vibe. I don't know that I would enjoy it as much with the crowds of summer.

Ostuni, like other towns in Puglia is a hilly, ancient, cobbled street tourist haven. Our visit in late September had fewer crowds and good weather. Eating in the tourist areas was less enjoyable than finding an excellent restaurant packed with local people and serving delicious specialties. It's wonderful name in English is "The Usual Place" (Il Solito Posto).
It is a good base for exploring the many interesting local sites, the lively nightlife and for day travels to nearby towns and villages.

Beautiful white city 15 mins from the sea.
Beautiful white city 15 mins from the sea. The old town is steep and has lots of steps but totally worth the climb.Car hire recommended for trips to other nearby towns such as Locorotondo, Alberobello and seaside towns of Monopoli and Polignano A Mare which although can be reached by train and bus due to timetables can take more than double the time to reach. We will definitely return to this stunning part of Italy.

Italy at its best.
Italy at its best. It may not be beachside, but you can see the sea from the terraces and from east-facing bars and restaurants. You KNOW you’re in Italy when you approach the main square. If you’re self-catering, there’s a number of decent mini-supermarkets within 10 to 15 minutes’ walk of the square. Lots of bijoux shops right off the square. A lovely green park full of Italian gents chatting about their day, just up the street. Ostuni is a great introduction to Puglia. A ride in a tuc-tuc style tourist buggie through the tiny backstreets (especially at night) is an unforgettable experience.
Warm and welcoming hosts await you at this charming accommodation just on the outskirts of Ostuni.
This was the perfect base for us to explore the surrounding area. Nicola is helpful and will give you tips on where best to visit and where to eat.
A lovely continental breakfast is served every morning, Daniellas home baking is so good. And we loved the fresh figs from the surrounding trees.
It was our favourite stay while exploring Puglia.
Thanks so much to the lovely hosts Nicola and Daniella
Everything was brilliant. The room, the bathroom, the pool, the breakfast, the staff were so lovely (special shoutout to Federica), the location was perfect for a Puglia roadtrip. Very close to Ostuni and to lots of beaches with crystal clear water, and 40mins from Locorontondo and Alberobello. I stayed two nights, one night alone and one night with friends in another room. The dinner at the Masseria was also excellent. My only regret is that I couldn’t take 1L of olive oil with me!
A beautiful boutique hotel nestled in the olive groves. Family run, the breakfast was delightful and the staff went out of their way to look after us and make us feel at home. The room was spacious and had plently of space to hang/unpack our clothes. Beds were very comfortable too - I couldnt have been more pleased with our stay. Very close to Ostuni too and the beach was a short walk/drive away. Really easy to book taxis when required, the hotel were so accomodating.
Wow. Just wow. We stumbled across this hotel by chance as we are travelling around Italy and booking a new hotel each day - how fortunate we were to get a booking here!
No money has been spared into transforming this what I can only assume was a previous town house into this luxury home
If you have the opportunity to stay here I’ll spare you the details so you get your own “wow factor” when you walk through the door. It is absolutely stunning!
Cannot praise this place more! Matteo, the host, is absolutely wonderful, goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and makes great cappuccino! The hotel itself is a very beautiful palazzo and everything in it is thought through to the tiniest details. The hotel also offers a private parking which saved us a lot of headache! Palazzo Stunis would elevate your stay in Ostuni, no doubt in that, making you want to never leave it!
Unique ambient located in Ostuni centro, real Puglia. Apartment has cave vibes, very interesting. In front od apartments there is table where you can drink coffe with beautifull view on olive fileds and Adriatic sea. Hosts were very, very kind and helpful. Breakfast is in the bar near the apartment, only few seconds away. We were very content, and if we come back definetly we' will choose Ca Bella Vista ♥️
A lovely apartment in a good location, very close to beautiful Ostuni old town. It has everything you need for a convenient stay. Our host Monica was very hospitable and helpful! We got plenty of recommendations and help with some of the logistics, as the local taxi wasn't approachable on a bank holiday. The town of Ostuni is definitely a must when in Puglia and Casa Anmori is a great place to stay :)
Fabulous! Best B&B in our Italy trip, one of the very best in our 50 years of travelling. Breakfast is abundant, delicious! Julia and Ron are very welcoming, communicative and helpful. The house, the pool, the country side surroundings make it a great base for visiting Ostuni, Alberobello, Matera etc, or for resting and farniente by the pool. Thank you Julia and Ron.

The location, friendliness, size, and the facilities. Pretty much h everything was great. Bedroom was large and comfortable, the kitchen had gas stove, microwave and large refrigerator and the living area comfortable. Large park across the street was great for relaxing. What more can you want? Ostuni is well located to visit almost anywhere.in Puglia. Very friendly and helpful owner.
We spent three fabulous days at the B&B and we loved every minute, from the tasty food prepared by the owners, to the pool, the garden, the rooms and the location of the masseria. Close to town but still immerse in the quiet country side of Ostuni. The attention paid to every detail was at perfection level. Graziella and Piero are amazing hosts and we can’t wait to be back.
Beautiful Masseria in the middle of the countryside of Puglia and nearby the nice town of Ostuni. Very good homemade breakfast with local products. Very authentic suite and fantastic swimmingpool. Excellent and friendly support and daily information of the region given by Annamaria, the host of the Masseria. We felt us at home and more than wellcome!
This place was surprising fresh and clean. The bathroom is big and modern and the bed was one of the best ones I have tried in Italy (soft with big comfortable pillows). It was also very close to the old town, which was the perfect location for me and my sister. It was overall a perfect place to stay for us a couple of days in Ostuni.
Beautiful property with the most gracious host. We loved having the quiet and privacy of the back apartment and our own patio, as well as having our own kitchen for a couple nights. Sandra’s dogs became fast friends to us after being away from our own pups for so long. A delightful experience in the Puglia countryside.
Perfect little accommodation with ample character. A very short walk away from centro storico and the old town. An amazing balcony to enjoy your coffee on too. A real highlight of our stay in Italy! Ostuni is wonderful and the Casa Franc topped it all off.
Location is convenient, the bed was extremely comfortable. The hosts have been constantly in touch with us. The bath products were good quality and eco friendly. If I travel again in Puglia I would definitely use the same accommodation.
Little Boutique Hotel gem just outside of Ostuni, with very friendly staff, very private, clean. loved the relax time at the pool, also the rooms with terrace were quiet and private.
Very nice small hotel with perfect pool, nice environment, perfectly equipped kitchen (incl. own washing machine). The best hotel during our Italy trip.
