The hosts were amazing and so kind and helpful. I would give them more stars if I could. They even drove us to our next location. The space was perfect, very clean, and stocked with cheese, meat, pasta, sauce, garlic, milk, and wine... Casa di Silvia is in a quiet location, yet located near a supermarket with a butcher shop and close to the center. On the host's recommendation, we went to a local restaurant known for their seafood, and it was the best meal in Tuscany so far. I highly recommend staying there.

On the square of the village with even a kettle to make tea! The most comfortable bed in our trip, probably brand new. And a very helpful landlady who suggested a fantastic restaurant for dinner (Osteria Pinchiorba).

The location, the facilities, the comfort and quiet of a beautiful country side away from chaotic cities and large villages. We ate all around and visited historic places within about a 30- 40 minute drive including glass factory, wineries, restaurants, galleries and San Gimignano. Highly recommend you have a car. Roads are pretty good and I soon got use to driving on the opposite side which was my biggest concern as an Australian driver. I highly recommend this area and would be happy to stay again.

Everything was lovely, very nice breakfast, very clean rooms and everywhere else, very helpful staff that couldn’t do enough for you, beautiful location, lovely swimming pool, everything that you need to relax and have a break. The location is close to many beautiful little towns that I would advise to visit as they are perfect for a lovely day out but ideally you need the car there to do this.

The owner/staff of the premises are very helpful before and upon arrival, we were upgraded in room size, but the room had a separate lounge/kitchen (that we used for breakfast and dinner) bathroom and bedroom, we chose here as it’s situated between Pisa and Florence and nestled in the quiet countryside
This was our best experience so far in Tuscany. Gambassi Terme is a gem. A village on a hillside with a beautiful main square. Casa de principe is a beautiful building with a nice garden to have breakfast at. Enrico, the owner is a star - the best host ever. He made a beautiful breakfast for us every day, Pistachio croissant with Italian cappuccino... the best :-) The room was air-conditioned which was necessary in the 40 Celsius heat. We had a wonderful time!
The view was exceptional with wineyards and olive trees on sloping hills. We could also see the towers of San Gimignano and the city of Gambassi Terme. The pool was really nice and clean with three depth levels. The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated with two bathrooms. Large kitchen with good cooking facilities. We can warmly recommend Renai e Monte :-)
The beautiful “Tenuta” is located a little bit outside the city of Gambassi Terme. Surrounded by beautiful nature - it’s a place to relax and enjoy.
The breakfast is fresh and delicious, the restaurant is just nearby and the pool bar offers nice drinks!
The staff is also very friendly and helps you with everything ☺️ We really enjoyed our stay here.
This lovely property is in the middle of the village. I walked the Via Francigena and it’s important to find accommodation in town. Christiano was incredibly kind finding a room for me. He left work, walked me to the hotel and made sure I was safely booked in. As a 70 year old, solo female traveller, this act of kindness was priceless.
The apartment is just perfect. Great vista from the terrace. Super clean. For the included breakfast, I was very generously provided with food. I am very happy to have chosen this accommodation for my stop in Gambassi Terme on the Via Francigena.
The hosts were excellent! We had an amazing time, the apartments are spacious and cozy, with a great attention to detail. Everything you could ever think of needing was there, which makes you feel right at home. Couldn't recommend it enough!
Great location to stay while hiking on the Via Francigena. The decorations were special with gorgeous tile in the bathroom, and the common spaces and views were great. The host was also friendly and provided recommendations for dinner.
Lovely quiet location, spacious and well equipped rooms including lounge and kitchen. Easy to access ~5-10 mins off main roads. Staff went absolutely above and beyond to help my brother recover his passport which we left behind!
It was simple and easy. I was guiding a group and the hotel the group was staying in, did not have room for me , so I had to quickly find something. This was clean, very reasonable in price and worked well for a night.
The hotel stay was amazing with privacy and quiet atmosphere, the pool was clean, large and nice. Staff is welcomed and hospitable. It is highly recommended for a stay and exploring the area around.
Beautiful and spacious apartment. Great pool with the best view! Very quiet and nice and natural! The host was responsive and friendly. Great location near great towns in Tuscany.
The location is great. The hotel just opened. But it is very clean and the crew is very friendly. Had a great diner in the restaurant of the owner. He brought me to it and back.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us make arrangements for a taxi the next day. Check in was fast and easy. The room was clean and spacious.
Great location, historical building, spacious.Christiano was very helpful. Gambassi Terme lovely town, on pilgrim route, very Italian - town square nearby
