Very close to Via Francigena walk- 20km from San Gimignano, 10km to Monterrigioni - once we got there we didn't leave! Swimming pool, bar, dinner, breakfast. Comfortable, clean, quiet rooms.
Villa Scacciapensieri Boutique Hotel is surrounded by a large park just outside Siena, and offers beautiful views of the Chianti Hills.

The villa was lovely, set in beautiful manicured gardens. The distance from the main centre of Sienna was a bonus, as the location was tranquil. Catching a bus into the centre was a breeze with the bus stop just outside the gates. The staff were amazing. Always helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, with coffees and scrambled eggs made to order. Our evening meal in the restaurant was superb.
An old brick house 1.2 km from the Siena Nord exit of the Superstrada Firenze-Siena motorway, the Piccolo Chianti offers free outdoor parking, a Tuscan restaurant and en suite rooms with free Wi-Fi.
