The room facilities are top notch and one can even ask to switch their pillows if another type helps them feel comfortable during the sleep. Basically everything was great. New cozy room, comfortable bed and pillows with an extra sofa which is always good, very friendly and helpful owners. Easy checkin-checkout, the breakfast was abundant, good the cappuccino. Parking place just in front of the house. Location just in the center of Franciacorta area and close to Lago d'Iseo.

We had a good time, Madame Giusy is so nice and prepared a breakfast with fresh coffee, self-made cakes and fresh coffee. Also she provided a special bed for our baby. The accommodation is good located, you have short ways to have good times in Sarnico, Iseo, Clusane or Sulzano (for visiting Monte Isola —> we recommend that, especially the hiking tour to the church on the top of the island). The bathroom is very good, absolutely clean.

Perfect position on Lake Iseo. The best Hotel we have stayed in on the Lakes. The restaurant was first class and the restaurant manager Fay was so professional and his knowledge of the wines was very impressive. The reception staff were so accomodating and organised tours to the Bellini Nautical Riva Collection. A highlight for my husband. Having the bikes was a bonus we rode all the way to Sarnico
