Gave me the room at 12.40pm in 2nd floor. No lift. Bed was all bubbles. At the lunch, the in charge told us to have food outside or in the lawns because they have a party and restaurant is only for them. Such an Irresponsible reply. And next day they have a party in the lawns with DJ sound playing in the afternoon and continued till 9.45 in the night. Waste of money.

Had planned for a day visit to Connoor, had booked this place, I was completely drawn to the hospitality and food offered at the place. Also, to mention about the soul of the operation of this property, Mr.Gerald. He had been very kind to us ,being a very knowledgeable person himself, literally informed us about beauty of the place. It was one my most memorable trip. Thanks to the team once again

Only 2-3 place to see, very nice restaurants where you get south and north indian dishes esp Coonoor Junction was superb. Better to take your own Car to move around. Not to venture out at night time since there are no street lights.

Coonoor is an ideal place for an weekend trip from Coimbatore. Not much for sigh seeing, its more suitable for idle and relaxed weekend. Choose some good resort and chill.
Try toy train for either coming to going out of Coonoor. It's worth it.
Go for Ooty, after Coonoor if you have longer vacation.
The property is located a just little away from the hustle bustle of the town yet very close to the main center. The owner of the property, Mr. Gerald, is a warm and friendly person who has immense knowledge of the place and helped us in planning some part of the tour. He also accompanied us for sightseeing and took us to off beat places which are generally not frequented by regular tourists. He has made our two days trip to Coonoor memorable and we will visit again sooner that later.
Camellia Heights is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!
I travelled alone and was skeptical in the beginning. But once I booked and shared that I was traveling alone and needed some help with the resources, the owner Srinivas garu shared all the info and made sure I landed correctly in the place. In fact the day I was reaching the place, it rained heavily and he sent me a message to keep him updated till I reached the place. Breathtaking views from my room, out of the way hospitality from the owners and wonderful caretakers and delicious food made my trip heavenly.
The room at Teanest was very comfortable. The hot shower was welcome. Dinner at the restaurant was good. An uncommon service, someone from the restaurant came to my hotel room with the restaurant menu to ask me to choose my dinner order and the time that I wanted to eat so that dinner service could begin at the time that I arrived at the restaurant. Important to note that this hotel is a considerable distance from the Coonoor city center. The surrounding tea fields were pretty.
The view from the property is amazing. Extremely calm, we could hear beautiful bird noises. It was very soothing. The rooms have a big window facing the mountain, so, can enjoy a very good view right from the room. Outside is also very good and they add good lighting at night. Good for a couple and actually even better for a group when you book multiple rooms, can chill outside.
had a wonderful experience in casa de selas! it is located on the top which gives you the best view point for stay😍must appreciation to the cook and the caretakers there.most important they have arranged a jeep trekking from gate to the cottage which was amazing! i would say worth worth max ! must visit stay if you
are planning coonoor😇
The privacy of the villa is good and its very scenic & calming. Vikash food service provides great home cooked meal and the
best barbeque. Very friendly also. The caretaker was good too and helpful. Since there are no resturants/ cafes around they have a full fleged working kitchen with all the basic amenities.
A lovely, cosy cottage with stunning views of the hills. Perfect for a family. Mr. Shiva and his team were very kind and took great care of us. Mrs. Kavita and Mr. Selva were really warm and their cooking was fantastic. I will definitely be going back for my next holiday in Coonoor.
Lovely property. Felt more like a BnB and less of a hotel. Friendly staff. We loved the food. Freshly prepared and very tasty. The service is a bit slow but very friendly, they were very accommodative of our toddler's food requirements. We had a good stay and would love to return.
Location of hotel is good. Along with complimentary breakfast, the hotel also provides complimentary evening tea and snacks which is good.
The hotel has provision of bonfire in the lawn along with a projector which makes the evening snacks a real treat.
The problem is to reach the hotel, the ways are narrow to reach the property, The hotel rooms and bathrooms were clean, But towel and soaps you need to ask. Food that is prepared by at this place is just awesome! Its a home made style food! Excellent.
incredible location! far away from the bustle of main Coonoor yet close enough to get to the main spots around; tea nest is nestled in a nice little tea alcove. great staff and very clean comfortable rooms with strong wifi as well.
The outdoor sitting area had a great view, they served some of the best coffee we had in all of India, room was clean, they let us store our stuff on the property after checkout while we waited for the bus, owner was friendly.
The property view is awesome and room and washroom is also great and clean and we’ll maintained.
The owner’s hospitality was very good and he was very helpful. I would recommend to stay at this location when in coonoor
