The house was clean when we came and the host was very nice and welcoming (left us some wine and beers in the fridge). The jacuzzi and the views from both balconies are what makes it perfect. Opatija and Rijeka are close if you want to visit for a day. There is also a restaurant nearby that does amazing food (and even delivers if you are too lazy to walk there).MihinCroatia

Kitchen is fully equipped. There is floor heating and air condition, so apartment can be used whole year. Nice view from terrace.
