Great place to stay and full of so much history. We loved the atmosphere of the pub and the design of the rooms we had. We rented four rooms and they were all together across the street rom the main building. The had a charm and comfort we very much appreciated. The diner was amazing! The pies were incredible. We loved staying here.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and kind to me, seeing as it was the first time staying somewhere on my own I felt so welcome. The food I had was delicious and the service was so quick! The Bell House is a quintessential English inn dating back over 500 years. It was easy to find, had ample parking and the host, Chris, was the perfect host. We had a great dinner and full English breakfast served at Bell House and Chris provided us with local history and conversation that made the stay especially enjoyable. I was traveling with family, including adult sons, and we had a wonderful room that accommodated all of us. I would stay here again.
