Check-in, perhaps a reminder to tell people if they have not booked breakfast to let them know if they book the day before they get the breakfast at a cheaper rate. The receptionist kindly let me have it at the cheaper rate, the normal £25 each is expensive. The hotel provide a cab service and we took their offer up it is pricer than say a Uber but I could book a return taxi and when travelling with a teenager to and from 02 concert this really helped!! I recommend the taxi company quality travel and polite service. Location once you find it in Canary Wharf has great views from the restaurant. All staff i met were polite and friendly, Breakfast staff not so much.

A truly charming and clean hotel which never fails to serve its purpose. Wonderful for quick business stays, especially for access to the city, and Westminster. Perfection and deeply enjoyable. Staff are attentive, eager to help and extremely delightful. There is a blonde lady who works behind the counter who is a credit to the brand.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and the entrance and lobby area are both stunning. The restaurant attached to the hotel is lovely, with very attentive staff and good food.

We booked a double room and a suite for my parents , then realised some are up a lot of steep stairs so emailed to ask if they could have one not too high due to mobility. The hotel called me and arranged this no problem. The suite was beautiful and my parents had a lovely stay in the old part of the hotel. Our room was more modern and adequate. The breakfast was plentiful. It would have been good to have had a little more choice in the bar and for snacks such as sandwiches later in the evening but other than that it was great. The staff are all fantastic and helpful. Reception staff very welcoming and took the cases to my parents room for them. Lovely court yard to sit and have a drink as the weather was lovely, Close to Stratford station and Westfield shopping centre. Would go back there again.
