We've been visiting Orton for over 20 years and we never...
We've been visiting Orton for over 20 years and we never tire of it. Watching business grow such as Kennedys chocolate factory and visiting the cafes and the pub The George it has a special place in our hearts. It's great base for visiting other places too like Tebay, Shap, Kendal and Appleby.

Absolutely beautiful area!!
Absolutely beautiful area!! It is so scenic and relaxing but with plenty to do within walking distance. Fabulous cafes and shops, all with friendly staff and locals. The chocolate shop is just amazing, also serving the best ice-cream!! Lots of walks to do, long and short. My family and I will definitely be visiting again soon!! In fact if we win the lottery we will be moving here!!!
