I understand they are going through a difficult time but I wasn't aware of this at the time and they shouldn't have accepted bookings if there facilties were closed (the reason why I booked in the first place) please can I received the refund they said they would give.

Amazing property, close to town and connections. Loads to do within the home on rainy days and evenings kids thoroughly enjoyed the man cave with pool table darts and karaoke. Whilst us adults chilled in hot tub. Owners gave us full information on everything great communication.

The location and the views are amazing. It's a big apartment which will easily accommodate a family. One thing to bare in mind if you need disabled access there is no lift and the apartment is on the third floor so somethings to consider when booking apart from thst we had a truely great holiday and will be booking again.
