The staff were very friendly and really helpful. We were there to go to a show at the 02 and they helped with getting there as there were a lot of road closures nearby.

All staff from start to finish were excellent.
Location was good (could walk to London Eye, Sealife Centre etc) - although all taxis went to the Park Plaza Westminster across the road every time.
Breakfast was a good selection.

Location is very good, it’s a business area so it’s very quiet in the evenings and very safe. We had a free upgrade to a room with a window - well worth it! These rooms are much bigger (big enough for two people - the other rooms are incredibly small). Staff were very helpful.
Cafe downstairs is very handy. Covent Garden is only ten min walk away. Tube was also about ten mins walk.
I’ve stayed in a few of these and they’re always decent - definitely worth the price considering they’re in central london.
