Didn't really see much of Letchworth as our visit was to spend time with family. We did have lunch at The Broadway Hotel. Food excellent. Staff very cheerful and efficient. Would highly recommend.

My own stay was ok, Any guests who have access difficulties or are a wheel chair user may have a few problems here. Please note this is a nice Old Hall and sometimes it is difficult to make all accessibility possible due to steps between floors etc. there are lifts but they are small.
Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Great space for night life, cafes and restaurants - people mostly are passive aggressive customer service is really bad overall in most shops / establishments i visited. Example Timpson's and The community chairty furniture shop, they were so rude and so were the hosts in restaurants. But would highly recommend the Culvino Lounge 1000% top nottch customer service :-) The rest

The setting of the hotel was lovely.
The setting of the hotel was lovely. It was also in a good location to access other local towns. Letchworth Town centre is lovely. Plenty of eateries, so many choices. Friendly locals. Great charity shops and plenty of them.

Amazing location, staff and facilities.
Amazing location, staff and facilities. The late checkout was really appreciated as I didn't have to be at work until the afternoon. Breakfast buffet was well stocked, with plenty of choice. Would happily stay again

This is an old and scruffy hotel.
This is an old and scruffy hotel. The staff are not trained and are rude and unhelpful.
This hotel needs a professional manager to instil some discipline and training. I'm not surprised that we got a room when all the other hotels and pubs in the area were booked.
Very pleasant hotel & helpful staff and chatty, but not overly so. Plenty of staff about, particularly at breakfast.
Room was lovely, beds comfy, decent sized bathroom.
Breakfast was very welcome, the dining area is quite spacious, lots of tables, but dividers made it feel more comfortable and cosy, but still light and airy.
Teeny tiny lift is not worth a "dislike", but as advised usable but more of a luggage lift.
The included access to the Nuffield Health Centre is just excellent - a large swimming pool with lane swimming and a sauna & steam room were much appreciated after a long drive. The opening hours are also long, enabling even an early morning swim too..
The welcome was good, the old part of the hotel is charming. A nice terrace to sit & have a drink + picnic benches.
Our stay was very pleasant . The beds were very comfortable as well as the living area.
The property was well positioned near town centre and local stores for supplies and take away.
The staff at the property was very helpful and respectful.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in letchworth
Breakfast better than bigger chain and plenty of it. Room was clean, tidy and just enough for two. Parking was off road and part of the car park was behind the hotel, it was just for the hotel. All staff were pleasant and helpful.
Friendliness of staff and convenience of staying in the hotel that hosted the wedding. Lovely to access use of the room after reception without need to travel.
Very comfortable mattress and good nights sleep.
Good rooms. Excellent staff doing their best to serve the 'crowds' for Sunday lunch. This was a very nice lunch actually. So a bit of a hassle for a hotel resident. BUT excellent staff
Beautiful building and grounds, lovely garden restaurant and bar. Garden room was fantastic. Staff are brilliant, very professional and efficient, they are a credit to the hotel.
Parkland setting. Comfortable room. Happy efficient staff. Swimming pool and steam room. Good breakfast . Dog friendly . Dinner was surprisingly good for chain hotel
Available for date required in location required at price can afford. Very tasty food offered in bar area. Bed comfy. Nice town to walk around in. On-site parking
I didn't stay there , the hotel should have contacted you for a refund for me , I went and stayed in a hotel in Stevenage which I booked through you that night
