Breakfast was very poor, little selection, poorly presented, not what we ordered, expensive.
Staff were so laid back, unprofessional.
Accommodation needs much repair - rotten window frames, paintwork, skirting etc
Really enjoyed our day here . They opened early as they were expecting to be busy so we got our castel tour over with before the crowds. Great for any Downton Abbey fans!! Lovely gardens and grounds . Plenty to do for a day. Loved the appearances of Lord and Lady Carnavon during the day. Lovely cocktail bar selling fizz.
