In our past, caves were more than mere shelters; they were sanctuaries of warmth, peace, and culture. Today, Cave Hotel embodies this essence, offering an escape that transcends the ordinary.

The location was excellent as it was near our friend’s place and the town centre. Kitchen had everything we needed and the flat was very clean. Liked that it had a garden area that can be accessed by guests.

Large comfortable room with high ceilings and plenty of light. Good curtains for blackout.
With a 24-hour front desk, this hotel offers free breakfasts and a modern restaurant. Holiday Inn Express Canterbury is situated in Upper Harbledown, just outside historic Canterbury.
Faversham, is steeped in historic buildings. Some areas are pedestrianised. On Saturday there is a wonderful local market. It is an easy, interesting town to walk round and we printed of the town walk before we went which was interesting to wander round. Plenty of parking in the town, both short and long stay at reasonable rate. Most seem to use the Ringo app. The Sheppard Neame Brewery visitor centre and brewery are in the heart of the town and worth a visit. (book tour). The is also a gunpowder trail walk that you can download and follow (the gunpowder mills played a significant part in the towns history). Well worth walking down to the Quay where there are further retailers (small artisan type) and toilets/refreshments.

Faversham is a lovely town with an interesting history and amazing different architecture. Lots of little shops and cafes and charter markets. St Marys Church has 14th century wall paintings on a pillar.
Excellent eateries too - they are popular so be sure to book an evening meal!

Lovely town, loved the old buildings and that fact it was easy to walk around. The Albion Tavern by the water was excellent as was the Spice Lounge Indian restaurant in the town. Convenient for local trips to Canterbury and Whitstable Beach.

Faversham is a very pretty historical town.
Faversham is a very pretty historical town. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants and it is wthin easy reach of the Kent coast by bus, train or car. Most pubs and restaurants are dog friendly and on the people are very friendly. Eating out varies from pub grub to one expensive but recommended restaurant The Phoenix. Prices suit all purses.

Love Faversham, but unfortunately I came home having got bedbug bites, so not very happy as you could imagine, also they never contacted us regards no breakfast, so we had to eat breakfast on Weatherspoons.
Great location, ample parking, friendly, welcoming and hospitable staff. Fantastic food (we had an evening meal there on the first evening which was absolutely excellent) and breakfast was great too. The hotel is located in a small village with a high street of a few amenities, including a bus service to Canterbury, and is located between Canterbury and Faversham.
Our Room (Room 7) was lovely, cosy and comfortable. The White Company toiletries and the homemade shortbread were a lovely touch. All in all, a great stay and would happily return!
Excellent food good quality produce, we chose Judds Folly because we wanted to take our cocker spaniel puppy on his first holiday and Judds folly was the ideal location to explore the North Kent coast. The staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble and very happy to please, Marley our dog was treated as a member of the staff's family, eating with us in the lounge ,sausages and bacon with a slice of toast being his favourite. I would highly recommend Judds Folly to anyone looking for a pet friendly hotel.
A friendly welcome and lovely, spacious room were good signs that we'd chosen a great place to stay. The Quay sits next to the Faversham Creek and a short walk from historic buildings, local shops and restaurants. As we were on a cycling tour, the staff kindly made our bikes safe in their locked garage. Breakfast started with cereal and croissants, followed by a cooked plate of our choosing. I the experience was all very enjoyable and we have nothing but praise for the staff. Thank you!
Cave Hotel absolutely beautiful inside and outside … amazing golf courses
Inside the cave hotel… it felt very warm cosy feel … the spa area was very good with the use of sauna/ steam room was hot and perfect…along with the dark atmosphere giving off a romantic vibe … so relaxing… to which is a fab idea of ordering cocktails or drinks you would like to have at the side of the pool … easy access to ordering of the iPad by side of the pool !
I stayed at CreekSide B & B for 9 nights, during which I was made extremely welcome by Sharon, whose attention to detail and kindness far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this B & B to anybody wishing to visit Kent as apart from having an amazing host, the location is beautiful, and a short walk into the middle of Faversham. I will definitely be returning to CreekSide when the opportunity arises.
We loved everything about The Sun Inn. The decor, the rooms, the food, the location everything was spot on. The car park nearby is very handy and reasonably priced. The breakfast was excellent, good quality ingredients cooked well. The food in the restaurant was good also and we loved the outdoor seating area in the evenings. The staff were very friendly and Brendan made sure we had everything we needed.
Good breakfast (English and continental)
Since we had a dog, they were so kind to put us in a separate room where our dog could relax on the floor while we were eating in peace. Excellent customer service!
The concept of the hotel is like a motel. So we had the car parked in front of our room, which was extremely convenient to access our luggage when needed.
I absolutely loved everything! We came here to get away from city life, from work and stress and it has been such a relaxing experience. The cabin was super cosy and clean. The view was absolutely breathtaking! Its super close to many beautiful places in Kent like Whitstable, Canterbury, Faversham. We will be coming back in winter 100%.
The room was large, clean and comfortable. The complimentary biscuits and toiletries were a welcome addition. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Faversham. The nearest car park was easy to find and reasonable for a 24 hour stay.
Location excellent. Breakfast on the balcony was very nice. Sharon was very welcoming and friendly. Great value. First time staying in Faversham, highly recommend Creekside and the town. So much history, and great markets and great restaurants and pubs!
The staff were very pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was large. It was a five minute walk to the market square, ten to Faversham Creek. Good shower, albeit quite cramped. The beer was kept well.
The position was fine directly opposite the train station. The room was and bathroom were spacious. Breakfast was average. My daughter asked for poached egg on toast but got full English anyway.
Copton Thatch Lodge was very easy to find. It was very comfortable and although close to a road it wasn't noisy. Nice spacious shower and great garden for your sole use.
A great little find
Lovely clean room and a friendly hostess. Very close to the centre of Faversham. No actual car parking allocated but I managed to find a parking space in the road.
The beautiful view and charming tiny lanes emphasising history, character and charm re this historical little corner of Kent re Hop growing and the history of it all.
Room was stunning. Spa was spotless. Golf course was maintained immaculately. Quality of food, drinks and service in both hotel restaurants was excellent.
