We stayed in one of the suites and it was beautiful, really clean with everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable, the bath was absolutely massive and we have double sinks. Staff so lovely.

Location: 10 minutes from the channel tunnel Welcome: thank you Chris, wonderfully bright and cheerful check in; always a good start Room: one of the best designed rooms we have stayed in and we are frequent travellers. Biggest bed we've seen yet still ample room; provision of 2 chairs (some hotels only provide one). Very clever design of door to bathroom which folds back to also be the door to the toilet, providing privacy; never come across that before. Well designed handbasin. Lots more clever design features. Free off road parking Breakfast included. This hotel surpassed our expectations

Reception was eventually fine but there was noone present when we arrived. The hotel was tired and our potentially pleasant room needed redecoration.

Very good breakfast lots of variety. On-site restaurant Bella Italia very good. Nice bar area. Staff couldn’t do enough for us.
