The underground parking was very good and convenient to the hotel, Our room was fine but not the one we had been promised from our previous trip two weeks before. Not having been informed that the lift was out of order this made it difficult for us due to reduced mobility. We had been allocated a first floor room on previous visit but this was unavailable and we were allocated a second floor room described as a superior room which I found questionable. The location is really good with a short walk to nearby restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - carrying our luggage to the room which we would have been unable to do.
This hotel is located a few minutes’ drive from the historic city centre of Troyes.

A wonderful almost hidden gem, the whole town is a living museum full of lovely historic buildings by chance exactly as they were hundreds of years ago. We continue to be amazed at the sights within the town.
Cannot recommend too much the Chez Félix restaurant in the town centre, great food, lovely staff, very pleasant atmosphere appealing to all ages - and delicious Champagne!

It's a busy town, but our host gave clear instructions to find free parking within a five minute walk. This property is right in the historic heart of Troyes, so you really get a feel for the place. The architecture is stunning - tall timber framed merchant houses, and some other stone built elegant structures too. With just a one night stay, and a ferry to catch the following day, we had nowhere near enough time to appreciate it - and no time to visit any of the amazing churches. We need to come again to enjoy it all properly. We ate at a popular grill restaurant in one of the old timber-framed buildings. It was buzzing and busy, but they fitted us in. We enjoyed local food and some champagne from the region.

The old town is lovely: fascinating architecture and quaint laneways. Not buzzing with cars so easy to get around on foot. Every encounter with the locals was pleasant. A nice place to soak in la vie francaise.

Troyes is a fantastic, friendly, safe city.
Troyes is a fantastic, friendly, safe city. Easy to walk everywhere and so much to see and do a few days is not enough. The museums, medieval houses, churches are fascinating .It is like walking into history. Don't forget to visit the Mediatheque, the collection of ancient books is amazing. After an afternoon of exploring try one of the many cafes for something yummy to eat. Then take a night stroll down to the canal to see Troyes lit up at night!!
Hi Christophe, such a lovely apartment! Everything was so clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equiped, with everything we needed for our two year old son like a microwave and the high chair. It’s so easy when things like dishwashing liquid, salt, pepper, oil and coffee are in the apartment for a short stay.
We enjoyed the location in the heart of Troyes and I will def recommend your place to others travelling to Troyes or for a stop on the way to the South of France.
Great staff at reception - super friendly and helpful. Room had everything we needed. Good space and well designed storage. Great for our dogs as super dog friendly with lots of green spaces for comfort breaks outside. Very clean, with an easy and pheasant walk to centre. Breakfast was really good too. First decent cup of tea in ages! We travel through central France to get from north to south and back a lot. This is our new favourite hotel.
We have stayed in many hotels in Troyes as its tends to be the last place we visit before heading home to Calais. This is the best hotel which we will return to. It is modern, rooms nicely air conditioned. Separate toilet to shower which is good for male friends sharing a room. Breakfast was good.
Parking is available for motorbikes which is £10 per spot. We were able to get our 7 motorbikes into 2 spots. It is underground parking and secure.
We drove to this hotel. Check-in was easy with a drop-off lane in front of the hotel and a secure parking garage across the street. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was super clean, rooms were spacious, and had a nice breakfast. Additionally, there were a couple of restaurants around the corner from the hotel. Easy walk to shopping, cafes, and cathedral. We will stay at this hotel again.
Excellent location with easy access to the old town and restaurants. We found it easy to park in the local streets. The accommodation was excellent, with nice decor and extra touches like cake and tea and coffee in our room. Lovely hot power shower. The breakfast was also good. Would recommend as a great place to stop when travelling down through France as we were.
The hotel is in a great location, the room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and gluten free bread was provided. I reserved a parking space on booking but was told no spaces when I arrived but was sent to a nearby secure garage for the same price. so inconvenient but not a problem. There was a small bar but no restaurant.
The house is nicely decorated and clean, Emily was a great host and made sure we had all the information we needed for check-in and information on the local area.
We only really stayed for one short night whilst we were travelling back to the UK from South of France, but it was the perfect place to stay and was very comfortable.
The hotel was pretty easy to find. The underground parking was handy and quite reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the historic centre of Troyes and the bars and restaurants. Breakfast was simple but good. The choc o pains and croissants were excellent.
Good location. Easy walk to the center of Troyes. Comfortable beds, lovely kitchen, main bathroom was nice with great water pressure and lots of hot water. Desk fans in every bedroom was a very nice amenity. Very helpful and accommodating host.
The room is very compressed (it is tiny), but they manage to fit a good size bed, desk, and luggage rack in the room. The hotel room was very clean. The breakfast was very nice. The location is good.
Great location close to the railway station and the places tourists want to visit. The old house is interesting and typical for Troyes. We had a quiet room and slept very well
we were stopping over on the way to south of france. easy to find. instructions for key and key box good. sheets and towels included. room adequate for 1 night stopover.
