All the staff were really friendly and helpful. There were no lovely views, but we were only a few minutes walk from the centre of the city and had on site parking. The hotel room was clean and functional and the shower was hot and powerful.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy the city center of Rouen. Almost everything is within walking distance, and the location is very pleasant. The highlight for me was my cozy room, which had a view of the cathedral. It was exceptionally quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep every time. The room had everything I needed, and the staff were professional and helpful.

La Bertelliere is a delightful hotel within easy reach of motorway north of Rouen. Lovely gardens, quiet. We had lovely dinner in the restaurant. We didn’t see much of St Martin but seemed to be a lovely quiet village.

A convenient hotel, just near the main road but in a quiet area with no noise. All the amenities of a good hotel in very comfortable and spacious rooms on the ground floor. Good food, english spoken, clean accommodation. Our dog was welcome (for the usual charge).

It is very quiet , and the rooms are comfortable with tea and coffee and a Nespresso machine. The breakfast buffet provided and excellent variety of foods. The hotel is very close to the main route from Calais , making it a great stopping point on the way to the Loire Valley, especially as they provide an excellent restaurant.

I wasn't sure what to expect as we normally stay in the bigger brand hotels like Novotel and the like, but it was a brilliant choice. The rooms were a good size, with excellent facilities (including good quality coffee machine and even face flannels which are fast disappearing from hotel bathrooms). The staff were very attentive and pleasant. Excellent all round.

Rooms lovely but we had a dog in a 3 bedroom so hardly any space for her to sleep on her blanket. Warm night and no a/c meant restless night although bed was really comfy. Restuarant meal was lovely and good value plus breakfast was v v good and loads of choice. Would definitely use again and recommend it wholeheartedly

The main thing for us is a comfortable bed and you really do get that Here. Breakfast was very nice we did not have dinner so cannot comment on that. Easy to travel with our little dog en route to and from Portugal. Great find easy to park and just outside the main town but within easy reach of supermarkets.
