First and foremost the service. Something to be said about excellent customer service. Communication was always great and friendly. Very accommodating and helpful. I was very pleased and thankful for the great recommendations I received in regard to where to visit and when. Additionally, Mr Gonzague was kind enough to help me with the cleaning of my vehicle after my daughter made a mess in it (won’t say the type, but it smelled).
He served us an excellent local breakfast with fruits, jams, yogurt, fresh juice, coffee and even a little treat for my little girls.
The facilities were clean and spacious and parking was conveniently located around the corner from the building.
This is definitely somewhere where I plan on returning.

Great location to get to Saint Malo, Cancale, and Mont Saint Michel. Also easy parking on Parking Murets (on Rue des Murets) accessed by about 20 steps to the building with the apartment. Unfortunately, the Cathedral in Dol-de-Bretagne is being renovated along with the area surrounding it. Therefore, a bit tricky to walk about (esp. with luggage). May also be a bit dusty in the neighborhood if you are sensitive!
