I cannot rate the hotel staff - all of them - highly enough they were all exceptional. Lovely boutique hotel with pool and well appointed restaurant. This is a small town and parking was it a premium so the underground car park - €12 a day was worth it.

This hotel is a true gem, everything was perfect. The property is nestled in the picturesque medieval town of Santillana del Mar. Great breakfast, cozy atmosphere, spotless rooms, charming interiors. The location is ideal for wandering around the town, and there are incredible views of the countryside from the terrace. Our host, Rafa, was the absolute best! All in all, a stay we won't forget :)

We had to change room due to noisy neighbours. The manager handled this very efficiently and gave us a superb room.
Just across the promenade from the beach in Suaces, La Concha offers wonderful views and easy access to many of Cantabria’s main attractions. It has free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

I will not recommended the Ongayo place for a pleasant stay. The air conditioning did not work, the temparature of the weather, 38 degrees, unable to sleep. The customer service not nice at all.
Will not book again this place.
I thought it was a proper building but our room, was prefabricated as a wood building and the warm inside were unbearable and the air conditioning did no work at all.
It was horrible, we went to anothe hotel very very nice 10€ more expensive and with a proper building.
