Being remembered and welcomed back by Dani was so special. Dani in particular made us feel right back at home with his lovely manner and all of the hotel staff are alway so bright and helpful. Me and my husband had just finished offering 3 healing retreats, looking after 30 people over 16 days so felt exhausted - to walk into a sea view superior room was like heaven. Absolutely stunning views, spotlessly clean and a lovely comfortable bed. The pool area was great too and we were able to relax in the sunshine before heading out for our evening adventures. We love Santa Eulalia and its our go-to as it has something for everyone and whatever mood. Beach close by, marina, bus stop to take you to Ibiza Town is not far and all the cafes, shops and restaurants are only a few minutes away. Thankyou

The hotel was very modern and nice. The deco in the lobby was lovely, very inviting.The room was modern,lovely, and clean. They provided a new beach towel as well every day. Sunbeds are very comfortable.
All the staff was friendly and professional.

The hotel was luxurious and very clean, the included breakfast was great with a wide range of choice. The staff were all lovely and the ladies in the buffet were really welcoming. We had the junior suite which was a really nice space, comfortable and spacious. The location was great, a couple of minutes walk from the promenade.

Very chilled, laid back atmosphere, lovely location and surrounding restaurants, lovely staff, lovely pool area. Easy late check in with thorough clear instructions from staff and ample parking.

Carla broke into our room captured my passport and through our clothes into a trash bag because we missed the check-out hour and charged us $30.
She charged us $50 because we missed the super limited check-in hours.
She charged us $200 to buy new sheets with not even providing a receipt.
She is unable to speak English and needs multiple classes in hospitality!

Great location for a family, nice and peaceful we weren't worried about the kids making too much noise. They were in the pool all the time and the layout of the villa was perfect. Great sized rooms and the view was stunning.

This is a great place to stay if you are exploring the island. Its too hot during the day in August to stay at the hotel...as you really need a pool during summer months. However there are lots of beaches nearby. Breakfast is lovely and the atmosphere is really relaxing.
