El Tesorillo II, hotel in Arcos de la Frontera

Situated in Arcos de la Frontera, 24 km from Montecastillo Golf Resort, El Tesorillo II features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace.

This is our best stay experience in Spain. We highly recommend staying out of town. It's only 6 minutes by car to Arcos and about 12 to dine by the water's edge. Apart from being a stunning property and super comfortable, the best part is the owner will introduce you to unique local experiences and is so warm and generous you just don't want to leave. It's a great village with many interesting sites and people to meet. If you like horses just book here and double your visit. There is a riding school across the road accommodating to all levels from little children up.

Just one night in Arcos, on our tour of Andalusia. Would have liked at least another night to have a good look around. Had a beautiful meal in the restaurant “Isabella”. Lovely food & wine at very reasonable price with an amazing view across surrounding countryside.

ARCOS is a great village to explore.

ARCOS is a great village to explore. Is one of the best white villages we visited. The people there are happy to see you. You can talk to everyone, young, old, including the police and they laugh at your jokes (mine). Food is awsome.

The Hotel was easy to locate, the private underground parking was good, the Staff were great, and the place itself had a lot of things to see and do, the surrounding Countryside is definitely worth driving through, and the food in the cafe/ bar/ restaurants, was very good as of course was the drink. Thoroughly Recommended.

Arcos de la Frontera is a beautiful town.

Arcos de la Frontera is a beautiful town. Perhaps the prettiest of Los Pueblos Blancos, The old town is steeped in history from the Roman period onward. The expansive views from the hilltop are wonderful, and the peek-a-boo views down narrow streets between whitewashed walls are both pretty and intriguing. Good restaurants (try Restaurante Aljibe for Morrocan, or Los Juventes Flamencos for Andalusian) are steps away from good accommodation. If I ever have the privilege of returning to Andalusia, Arcos will definitely be on the itinerary.

I've been to another Pueblos Blancos town that I liked much more (Frigliana). This town if much larger, but I was disappointed that there weren't more squares with cafes around them. The main square in the old town is a parking lot! It's a nice enough town, but one or two days there is plenty.

An absolutely magical, beautiful and welcoming town. Amazing architecture, great variety of good value restaurants and the locals were so amazingly friendly. The food was exceptional and the Iberico ham the best I'd ever had. Short car ride from Jerez airport (30 mins) and around 1 hour 30 mins from the stunning beaches of El Palmar/Conil

Great location top of the cliffs, we had a fabulous view from our room. The terrace was nice and big with nice chairs and tables, hotel might consider foot stool? Great sized single beds, comfortable too. Covid rules were great, maybe a bit over the top but ……🤷🏼‍♂️. WOW. Staff were really nice and attentive . The breakfast choice was really good and we both enjoyed having our breakfast there. Reception was efficient and friendly. All over a great experience …. But !!!

Beautiful refurbished property in the heart of Arcos de la Frontera. Boutique style was warm and provided full attention by the staff, who were all lovely! Furnishings were new but mid-century modernish with art reminiscent of the history of Arcos. The suite was large with a huge bathroom down and a powder room up. A rooftop terrace was lovely. Breakfast was beautiful. The wine bar was well stocked with good local wine. I would stay here again without question.

This hotel is very modest and perfectly located if you want to stay within Arcos. The room was just right for our overnight stay. You can easily walk to get a feel for the picturesque little town. The staff is very pleasant. There is a good breakfast and a pretty terrace. Be aware that you should not drive within the town unless you have a tiny car and great skills at driving though tiny alleyways. Park elsewhere if you have a car and walk in.

The hosts Jim and ilsa were amazingly friendly and gave good insights to the building and local area. Breakfast was very comprehensive and filling and the views from the roof terrace are second to none . The streets are very narrow so parking is a good walk away but the local taxi service was great at 7 euros from out of town parking to hotel . Will be going back at some point for sure 👌

Everything! The apartment is very spacious and well equipped, 10 min by walk from the center. It has an underground parking where you can leave you car safely. The bed is very comfortable, the area is quiet, you can have a good rest. Nearby you can find supermarkets, parks, cafes (be aware of the Spanish closing hours) The value for money is amazing. Gracias, Manuel!
