My recent stay at the Steigenberger Resort Alaya Marsa Alam was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality from the staff. The resort itself is a paradise nestled along the pristine coastline, boasting luxurious amenities and breathtaking views. The attention to detail in every aspect of the property is evident, from the meticulously maintained grounds to the elegantly appointed rooms. It exudes an air of sophistication and tranquility that instantly put me at ease. One of the highlights of my stay was the abundance of crystal-clear pools scattered throughout the resort. Whether I was seeking a refreshing dip or simply lounging by the water's edge, each pool provided a serene oasis to unwind and soak up the sun. Moreover, the resort's proximity to the magnificent coral reefs and stunning beach only added to its allure. Exploring the vibrant marine life while snorkeling or simply strolling along the powdery white sands was an experience like no other. Above all, it was the exceptional service and genuine hospitality of the staff that truly set this resort apart. From the moment I arrived until the moment I reluctantly departed, they went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations.

The reception staff (Abdel Fatah and Mohamed) were very welcoming and helpful when I arrived, and upgraded me to an apartment overlooking the Marina, so I had a beautiful view of the boat activity, and actually enjoyed the singing from a club below- noisy, yes, but a great vibe. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate for me, and the waiter (Amr) made sure that I had everything I needed. The beach was close by, and there was easy access directly to a vibrant coral reef, which was far more colourful than I expected. What's not to like?!

Everything was perfect, food & beverage 10, housekeep 10, animation 10, pools and beach 10, with shallow water for kids and deep water from a nice marina for swimming and enjoy snorkling. Aqua park also suitable for kids and adults. All of the staff were so friendly and trying to let us be satisfied, Mr Mohamed and Mr Walid the managers and the chefs were taking care of us always asking how satisfied we are!.....we would like to come back again next year
