El personal és amable i atent. L'edifici està situat en una zona residencial, molt tranquila. Està molt ben connectat amb el centre, amb una parada de metro a 5 minuts a peu que et deixa directament a Marienplatz a través de la línia S7. L'esmorzar és tipus buffet, molt correcte. En el mateix edifici hi ha un supermercat, que obre a les 7h i al qual pots accedir amb l'ascensor de l'hotel. Hi ha pàrquing soterrani que habitualment és de pagament, però en els dies que hi vam estar ens van dir que era gratuït, o sigui que ens va anar fenomenal.
