I stayed in a room with a single bed, which was very comfortable. The windows can be fully opened for good ventilation, and the bedding was not feathers / down, which is great as I am allergic.
The shower pressure was good, which is always a notable thing for me!

The location is certainly interesting; it is located in former East Berlin, right next to the former Stasi headquarters, which makes for a very quick trip to that museum. There are at least two very good Italian restaurants within eyeshot of the hotel, with one of these restaurants serving meals for the hotel. The room was well furnished and there was a bath.

Staff were very friendly and kind, even offered a cup of coffee while waiting for checking in.

The property is in the vicinity of Alexanderplatz in a nice and a quiet area of the city. There is a new renovated bathroom, comfortable bed, tea and coffee, and I got even an upgrade to a bigger room. The receptionist was also quite helpful. All went very well for me.
