Mr. Roos was so welcoming. The room came with complimentary wine made right on the property. Out of all the hotels we have booked this trip, WeinschloBchen was the best. IIbesheim is a small village pop. 600 - very quiet.

Only stayed one night, beautiful old town.
Only stayed one night, beautiful old town. Walked 100 meteres or so from hotel to a small town square where a xmas market of 6 stalls were set up. A sausage & fries, sweets, crepe, mulled wine & pretzel stands. Locals came & enjoyed the mulied wine by mid evening a large number of people had gathered.

The city is need about 2 hours (without cofee and winebreak), but we traveled by train: Bad Kreuznach (romen mosaics, ´small Venezia), along Rhein to Koblenz (2hours stop in Bottrop) and back the second side to Wiesbaden. And 3rd day to Mainz (Dom with cloister, fountain, Guttenberg square, bombing church s.Christoph, towers, Kirchgarten, romen fragments and: Stephans dom with Chagall´s windows. And wine, if the weather is better then us :) .

I was very happy to got a small room with shower, toilet, TV, good internet. It was enough for 1 person to sleep a bit. Not for family. I hope they have family rooms as well. The hotel in city center so parking can be a problem. Breakfast was included, they asked me at the night when I want. Breakfast was enough with fresh coffee, rolls, cold cuts, juices etc. Absolutely good for price. Receptionist was very friendly.IstvanSolo traveler
