Less than a one hour drive to Pearson Airport so was a perfect location to stay overnight - didn't have to deal with the higher hotel costs in Toronto and the highway is an easy route directly to the airport.

Getting around was easy compared to Waterloo.

Getting around was easy compared to Waterloo. The streets have large name signs and they are well ahead of any turns or intersections. We only traveled back and forth from the house our daughter rented to the hotel as we were there to move her.

BW is right across from Upper Canada Mall you can walk or drive across. All amenities stones throw. Very convenient as my husband had a medical procedure at the hospital in newmarket so this location was close for his preparation the night before. Comfortable, clean, beds were comfortable. I'm picky about pillows surprisingly they were super comfortable. Wifi was excellent as I worked from the room. Satisfied for what we needed. Front desk was very helpful and friendly.

wondering through the Upper Canada Mall with the family was fun my daughter and I would have liked to stay longer. We should have made reservations for supper as ALL the restraunts were full and had at least an hour wait.

Nice getaway from the city and not too far.

Nice getaway from the city and not too far. Friendly locals but did seem busy with lots of cars especially during Covid. Loved the nature walks which are not far from the city. Quite a few restaurants for such a small city.

Check in was easy as we could arrive any time after 6pm and enter the home with clear instructions to the basement. Spacious living area and kitchen included. Clean and tidy. Location was good for us as it was a few minutes away from a wedding we were attending. Good place for a one night stay if you're a deep sleeper.

Breakfast in restaurant next to hotel The Buttery - owned by great family with smiles. Dark environment and not very enticing. Food ample and swift service. It was the personalities that made the place Hotel reception staff very amicable and helpful - they hold the place together and were superb.

The bed was so comfortable! The room was very quiet; I know there was construction taking place at the hotel, but that did not disturb my stay. I wish the pool was open, but I enjoyed using the gym! The girl who was working at the breakfast bar was so helpful and really pleasant!

Room was comfortable . . especially the pillows were to our liking . . moreso than in some expensive hotels. Although we didn't make use of the kitchen it was well equipped; a classic motel kept in good order Pleasant well maintained grounds.

The King bed suite was really comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was simple, but had enough variety for three nights. There's a pool in the hotel that was not mentioned in the hotel description at the time.
