I asked the receptionist to call my friend to go downstairs to eat breakfast. She said their phone system is down. I said can you ask one of the staff to knock the door for me. She said"you can knock the door yourself". I don't know what to say....Also, when i ate breakfast, I asked some milk and they said they run out of milk. I cannot believe that a big chain hotel like this does not have any milk.

There is a bar and sushi restaurant with a great menu on premises and the rooms. The staff were all very friendly. The hotel itself it within walking distance of anything you need in town too. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and if you drive, it's okay to look around all place. Of course, all the staff were all very nice!
