Comfortable Clean Rooms. Comfy Bed, nice staff (David the over night front desk guy is a nice man) Beautiful swimming pool. My mom aunti and I loved it. We will like to stay here again if we come back to Stoney Creek.

I grew up in this town (now a city) and much has changed. A little too urbanized for my tastes: too much development along the Lake Ontario shoreline. That being said, I enjoyed my visit to nearby Fifty Point Conservation Area; great picnic facilities, walking trails and a beach.AlecCanada

Front desk kept saying maintenance person left for the night, no other room available to transfer me. The front desk attendance came to my room to try to fix the TV - I appreciate her effort. But the point is A fully occupied hotel with 2024-eclipse viewer guests from all over Canada and US, but no maintenance person to trouble shoot - this is incompetence. The front desk attendant in the morning, Helen, I think couldn’t care less about this.

I appreciated the refrigerator and coffee maker, a decent TV, the key card worked every time, the lights all worked, the a/c worked and it was quiet, lots of space for my clothes and toiletries, the room was generally clean. Travelled a lot lately, so I no longer take these little things for granted.
