Love the location. It’s an easy walk to surrey central and all the restaurants in the surrounding area. Tim Horton is also right across the street for a quick coffee run. The hotel is clean and the staff is very nice and helpful.
Coquitlam is about 15 minutes drive from Vancouver.
Coquitlam is about 15 minutes drive from Vancouver. The city has restaurants, stores, shops and everything else just like any other city. It seemed very clean and the property I stayed in was on the slope of a mountain that had great views of the forest and the lower lands. There was even a black bear strolling up the lot right next to our window while we were eating dinner.

We enjoy our visit each and everytime. I only have the best to stay about my Ramada in Couqitlam. It's my home away from home. I live approximately a mile away. We walk to there from home. Thanks to the staff of the Ramada.

It was good location for transit, two bus stops away from the sky train and to Lougheed mall. It was convenient to have the Sunstar restaurant in site, they make good breakfast. I was visiting faimily in the area and it was easy to get around. The bed was comfortable and the room area was quiet. The price was reasonable. The front desk is open 24 hrs a day and the staff were polite. Housekeeping for provided excellent service. Next time, I visit family I will certainly stay here again.

We stayed in Coquitlam because our daughter lives there.we usually stay downtown but it's so far away from her. There are lots of restaurants in the area and a big mall grocery stores etc...but I wouldn't stay if she wasnt there
it was terrible, this should not be offered on any online booking websites. a man overdosed and building had police and ambulances on first day then the hotel caught fire same day. they didnt find alternative places for us to stay and took another 3 days for us to have access for our property. You should let everyone know that an entire floor is reserved for govt housing for homeless people. hence an over dose on first day.
Check in was horrible. We booked around 6:00 pm on booking.com. When we tried to check in we were told we needed to put an additional deposit on our credit card (one night $322). We were very suspicious, have NEVER been asked at any hotel ever to put additional deposit on our credit card.
We refused, walked out and will not pay if our credit card is charged.
Very rude reception from the moment we walked in the door.
Actually the brekfast was so very terrible but I think this problem was for the maneger of the hotel. The resturant needed more staff for handeling. There was just one staff and she couldn't do all the work alone and this problem is also the hotel maneger.
I paid really good money for the brekfast and if I paid the same thing to another place or another resturant I could have recived better service.
Location was outstanding close to trains/buses less than an hour to Grandville Island! Staff were very nice and service was prompt. We had a view of the city skyline and walkable to breakfast, coffee etc.... although there is a nice restaurant in the hotel. Parking was easy and monitored. We would definitely stay again.
This is more than a soulless hotel room. It is home. Packed with everything I needed for my everyday comfort. The host (Dimitry) is super polite and friendly and really helpful when came to how to manage things around during our stay. The place was sparkling clean and the European decorations gave an extra warm touch.
Friendly staff and very nice and clean rooms. The parking was a little tricky. The reception need to improve. receptionist should be a 'people's person'. They should greet guests with an infectious smile, be friendly, helpful. We didn't see any of this. Overall the hotel is great we love it.
Jenny's place was clean and quiet. It was also surprisingly accessible via public transit, and there was good EV charging nearby. The neighborhood is nice to walk through, and the nearby restaurants in Lougheed, Coquitlam and Port Moody are quite nice. I think you will like the place!
The microwave is very dirty, the room temperature is not stable. The corridor is very dark. The pool was always occupied by swimming class. The hot tub didn’t function well. The reason for choosing the hotel is because of the pool n hot tub but wasting money.
For what this is: A place to sleep. IT is OK for a guy like me who wants to save a buck. This is no place to bring a wife or family. The room is small with a bed and a lamp. Thats it. The priced is much better than a hotel.
Very nice location near transit in a safe neighborhood. The coffee and restaurant options in Coquitlam and Port Moody are pretty good too. This is an affordable place to stay if you're looking to find some time away.
Very close to the air train station that bring you at waterfront in 35minutes. Quiet hotel. Room are large. They came cleaning the room everyday. Good price compare to other hotel in Vancouver.
A place to stay. More affordable than hotels. Nice neighborhood. The hosts were nice. They had basic amenities available such as a communal refrigerator and use of dishes.
I liked the coffee complimentary coffee machine in the lobby and the Keirig coffee maker in the room. The hotel was super quiet and there was a lot of parking.
