Lots of meal choices from multiple pubs and restaurants. A pleasant main shopping street, but this is very busy with large vehicles coming through at all times. The bathroom was not great.
The bathroom was not great. You could not turn on the light without the whole apartment being lit up. No good in the middle of the night. Also the shower had to be run at a trickle as it would over flow.

At Gawler specifically for BMX Championships - so the proximity of the track to the venue was a key decider. Lovely little town, very pretty, good amenities and a number of venues for eating if you are not feeling like cooking on your trip! Close to wineries if that is your bent! Only an hour out of Adelaide.

Charming place with lots of choices to eat out.
Charming place with lots of choices to eat out. My accommodation was within easy walking distance of the town centre and a historic walk along the river. However the heat discouraged me from too much walking and parking in the town centre is a bit limited. I recommend travelling there when the temperatures are a bit cooler.NoellaAustralia

The instructions for checking in and out, perfect and very easy process. Fab location, easy access to Gawler main street and on to Tanunda. Very clean. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash a good bonus. The night my son and I stayed I paid $169 which I feel is a fair price for the accomodation.

The quilts are stunning and the kitchen is beautifully stocked. Love the teaspoons! I'll be in Gawler again and this is the only place I'll stay. Cannot recommend more.
