It was an easy walk to shops, Main beach and walking tracks. Glimpses of ocean from the large deck. Nice quiet street. Everything was very clean. People were living upstairs but they were super friendly and we couldn't hear much of them on the bottom level.

    Nature Walks are a must.

Nature Walks are a must. Just be careful if you have young ones as some are near edges. The beaches are gorgeous. Everyone is so friendly, and it is a very dog friendly place which is amazing. A must is the Gelato shop and the LARC tour.

Agnes Water/1770 is a lovely location and not overcrowded.

Agnes Water/1770 is a lovely location and not overcrowded. It is big enough to have well stocked food shops and a choice of restaurants, but small enough feel like a real getaway destination. The day trip to Lady Musgrave Island is rather expensive ($245 pp,) but worth it. The swimming beach at Agnes water has lifeguards and is north facing, and so sheltered from the wind and the rougher seas. There are plenty of other beaches for long walks. Eurimbula national park is worth a visit if you have a 4-wheel drive. On a previous visit with two teenagers, we took bikes, which are a great way to get around. There is a bike path between Agnes Water and 1770.

What I liked the most was the totally relaxed feeling of Agnes Waters and the quality of The town beach. The area did not appear to be commercially, and finance oririentated. I met so many genuinely friendly people who had time to talk and socialise.I am finding it hard to identify any negative or unsatisfactory aspect yo my visit.

Beautiful area of the world. Lots of magnificent beaches and coves. Great bush walks. History is everywhere with the Capt. Cook affiliations. Beautiful sunsets over the shoals. Plenty of on water opportunities. Good restaurant and takeaway.

The standard twin room was bigger than in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in Agnes Water, and only 200 m from the beach via walking path. Shared kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the indoor/outdoor lounge space was nice. There was simple breakfast of toast and spreads provided. Air-conditioning and WiFi worked really well in our room. There is also a laundry and drying machine for an extra fee. Decent basic accommodation for those on a budget.

It was such a lovely cottage and property with a great atmosphere and all the amenities you’d need. We felt right at home and it was pet friendly!! We sat on the porch and enjoyed the clear view of the stars. Bill was a great host and greeted us on arrival and gave us advice about places to eat and take our dog for a run around. Thanks again Bill and Carolyn!

Location was excellent, a few minutes from the Agnes Waters main village, very pleasant surroundings, different type of accommodation - a converted barn, which was roomy and fairly well appointed, plus a roomy attached shed for vehicle. Beds were comfortable, there were enough lounges, chairs etc and there was a good shower.

Agnes Water Stays is totally tranquil paradise in the beautiful town of Agnes Water. The property was immaculate, and the setting was so beautiful. The welcome was warm and friendly. The breakfast buffet was superb. The provision of bedside power sockets is brilliant something top hotels should do.

Such a peaceful and beautiful rainforest setting, yet still close to everything Agnes Water/1770 has to offer. The verandah and covered outdoor table and chair area was a delight to relax in and enjoy meals there, especially after a BBQ. The spa was a bonus.
