First of all, the owner - she is such a great person: friendly, helpful, she takes care of the guests as if they were her family, no problem with the communication before our stay.
Room - clean, very comfortable, cleaned every day, bathroom - no complaints.

The train station, CAT (City Airport Train), the park some metres away. All sightseeing and Hop on, Hop off are just at your feet.
Mr. Arjen Vellema at the reception was very helpful and we really appreciated his kind manners.

Vosendorf was conveniently situated to take tram into city centre. Conveniently the Hotel Pyramide was within walking distance from the SCS Westfield shopping centre and the tram stop, connecting to both City centre to the north and Baden town in south. Although quite an urban area it has developed into a commercial region for business whilst retaining the green areas around. Baden is a spa town & was well worth a visit as it has a pedestrianised zone. Beautiful parks leading into the Vienna woods and clean paved streets containing individual boutiques and small shops of every type & buildings painted in contrasting colours. The ClockTower American Bar and Grill restaurant was great, with the American diner theme. The fact that the whole Shopping center Süd was closed on a Sunday, that sucks! Lucky we didn't go there to shop! That would have been a major disappointment!

It was also very quiet, so we could sleep very well. The hotel has a huge parking free of charge, you just have to ask at the reception, which one it is and they will validate the card, so you can drive in and out. There is also a parking, where you have to pay 15 € per night (closer to the hotel). You can walk to the big shopping center next to it. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful, she took care of all formalities in seconds. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is a big advantage.
