시설이 깔끔하고 좋아요. 위치는 린츠 중앙역에서 트램으로 네 정거장 정도 간 다음 5분 정도 걸어야 해요. 근처에 큰 쇼핑몰이 있고 식당도 있어서 나쁘지 않은 듯. 직원들도 친절했고 엘리베이터도 있고 다 괜찮았어요.
