The apartment - fully equipped with everything you need, quiet, new, stylish and with a super comfortable bed. 10/10!

Beatiful olive groves and vineyards morning landscape followed the noiseless Umbria night... Ana payed maximum attention to us (my mom didn't feel well) despite a busy schedule running the house, caring lovely pets, helping neighbours. A wounderful family to keep in your memory. The room is spotless, spacious, convenient, and nicely isolated by individual stairs. Home-made croissants were delicious, and fresh-made olive oil tasting was a bonus.

Michela is an excellent host, helpful and kind. The breakfast is excellent. The room balcony is also lovely.

The property is absolutely beautiful and the hosts are wonderful (it is family run)! We booked last minute and within minutes of booking the host reached out to coordinate arrival time and make sure we were able to find the property. The host met us at the car (in the rain) and escorted us to reception and then to our room. He took the time to show us where everything was in the room and made sure we had everything we needed. They were very accommodating for the time we wanted to eat breakfast (which was delicious!) and catered to our children (5 & 1). Would highly recommend staying here!!!

The family was nothing short of fantastic. It's rare to find hosts so dedicated to their guests comfort and enjoyment. The highlight of our stay had to be the tasting of incredible Eraldo's natural wines - we were both impressed and inspired by the selection and quality.
