Situato a Mungia, a 11 km da Bilbao, il Basoan offre un giardino e la connessione WiFi gratuita. This is an exceptional, atmospheric place. It is hard to describe just how good it is! Large, extremely well equipped and comfortable room. Ours had an outdoor deck with 2 deck chairs, dining table with chairs and wonderful countryside views. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had. Seriously. Just a few minutes easy drive to the airport. Don’t just use it for that though; we will stay for at least 2 weeks next time and use it as a base for day trips around the area.

The hotel is located right next to the road but it was very quiet (our room faced the backyard). The common dining area was cozy, clean, and well-maintained. Our host Sarai received us warmly. We are very grateful to Sarai for giving us good advice on visiting Gaztelugatxeko Doniene and other cities in the Basque region. We had a great stay.

I have never stayed in a holiday rental so clean!!! The owner is extremely helpful,friendly and accommodating. When we arrived the cot was mounted and had sheets and blanket on. She made sure we had everything we needed. She gifted a bottle of wine from her own Bottega which was delicious and coffe was provided too. The towels were plenty and the linen smelled lovely. The apartment is very cute and although is on 2 levels the bathroom is on the same level as the bedrooms which I think it's the most important thing. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family as the price/quality is really good.

La Casa DelBelga in Muskiz provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a terrace. This country house offers free private parking and a housekeeping service. I stayed here for one night during my Camino del Norte pilgrimage. The accommodation is not directly on the Camino but the 15-minute detour was definitely worth it - what a lovely place! You can tell that the accommodation is run with a lot of love and attention to even the smallest details. Both my room and the common areas were beautiful, very clean and spacious. I would also like to mention the incredible owner - she made me feel welcome straight away and even took me to the nearest supermarket after a long day on the Camino! Once again, thank you. 😊 I would definitely come back!
