The staff was exceptional, especially the host Marcel. His customer service is out of this world. He even connected us with the most incredible game-driver who cannot be compared to anyone. He made the experience memorable and wanting to on another one, talk about good value for money.

Excellent value for money. The hosts we're so friendly and welcoming. We loved the fact that we ate dinner at one table with all the other guests and got to meet people from all over the world. Also loved the fact that the wildlife and bush babies would come right up to the deck.
Close to crocodile bridge. Malelane is only half an hour away. Komatipoort is small and does not have many storey, so get your groceries from malelane before you get to Marloth .
They were opening a small spar there before we left marloth.

Lovely to stay amongst the animals and to enjoy nature.
Lovely to stay amongst the animals and to enjoy nature. However, for more that 30 years, nothing has been done to improve roads. The roads really are in very poor condition. For example, if they have paved 50 meters of road every month, then after 30 years they would have covered 18 Km!
Shops and restaurants are good and are still improving.
Security is very good.

We enjoy Marloth, it has been our go to place for years.
We enjoy Marloth, it has been our go to place for years. We like to get away from the hussle and bussle of everyday life. However Marloth has become a little messy. The "bus stop/workers" section opposite Marlothi is a turn off. It looks messy and sort of townshiplike. Hopfefully Marloth can take action against the messiness of the parttime workers

What I like most of Marloth Park was the free roaming wild life in their natural habitat. They came up to your door. Buy your groceries before coming to Marloth Park. However if you forgot anything do not worry the town has a little shop where you can find everything you need.
Respect for animals. Guided bushwalk with Rick a must. Various restaurants with reasonable prices with good food. Sit back relax and just watch the animals and birds. Nice stalls with homemade goodies for us city slickers. Quad bike rides really nice experience with your older children, extremely fun even for me doing it for the first time with my son. Do not worry you drive on a plot just outside Marloth park gate so wild life is not disturbed.
What a fantastic place! The location is great in Marloth park; lots of animals came to visit us at the lodge - zebras, widlebeest, warthogs, kudu, impala, mongoose. And a 1min walk down to the river and we saw elephants, hippos, giraffes the other side of the river. The accomodation was fantastic too - very clean, and such a lovely room spacious and luxurious. We stayed in the honeymoon suite as it was our honeymoon and could not think of a better place to stay.
House was as expected for a property in the bush, SA has load shedding of its electricity at the moment which was a shame (Not the host's fault) but with battery lights and a campfire, we managed. Was good to rent a complete house. Animals came up to the property and the area was very peaceful. The house had everything that is needed for a short stay. Marloth Park itself has all necessities (Petrol station, supermarkets, restaurant, pub, water park).
What a wonderful place! It is the perfect place to rest, disconnect and relax. The rooms are huge, comfortable, with Jacuzzi and balcony with incredible views of the Crocodile River. From there we could see hippos, elephants and other wildlife. We also met some Kudu and wildebeest in the garden and we were able to feed them. Thanks to Wayne for everything, he was an exceptional host. I recommend this place 100%
This place is very lovely. It’s right by Crocodile River, surrounded by the bush and you can spot zebras and giraffes. There is a pool with beautiful views. Johann and the rest of the staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful. The food also was great. Highly recommend. We also booked game drives via the lodge and our ranger Wilhelm was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
It is a very beautiful guesthouse and well situated. Elijah, the care-taker/manager/concierge/gardener, was very friendly, kind and helpful when we arrived and all throughout our stay. We were very impressed with the facility when we arrived. The beds were beautiful and comfortable. Marloth Park, the wild-life estate that this establishment is situated in, is wonderful.
We had a wonderful stay at the lodge! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was cozy and clean, and the view was breathtaking. We enjoyed the delicious diner everyday after the safari. The lodge sits into Marloth Park within wildlife, close to Crocodile bridge Kruger park entrance and the safari with guide Ingrid was outstanding.
The view of the crocodile river was amazing it is in a fair distance to crocodile bridge gate and malelane gate the park itself has many activities to keep both young and old entertained.the host was very acomidating with great knowledge of the ktuger and surrounding areas would definitely visit again
What a beautiful guesthouse! Staff were extremely friendly and the dinner and breakfast was tasty and hearty. There is a bar on the upstairs deck from where one has a view on the Crocodile River. Marloth Park is lovely - going for walk one comes across zebras, kudus, etc.
Amazing location, right inside the Marloth park. Spacious unit with en suites for each room plus private pool. Animals right outside your window. Close to the Kruger park crocodile gate. Lots of animals in the park itself.
Johan was super friendly and always willing to assist with any query. Marloth Park as a whole is a good location, right on the crocodile river for seeing many different animals and easy access to the Kruger National Park
Perfect location. Only 30 minutes drive to the Crocodile Bridge Gate to go into the Kruger National Park. The animals within Marloth Park was a bonus. The facilities exceeded our expectation.
The house and the garden are beautifull, every morning terrace and swimmingpool were cleaned. The wildlife around the house is exiting. Nice short walk to crocodile river, border of Krugerpark
The area is situated in the middle of nowhere.one get to unwind, all activities are closer and no need to drive kilos. The visitations from the animals was even a bonus
Lovely view of the Crocodile River and listening to hippos and fish eagles calling. It's really great to be away from the busy road through Marloth Park
