We were a bit concerned from the photos, as the room looked a bit dark, but we were so lucky that we booked this hotel, as the room had big windows and was much brighter than in photos.
Room we stayed was clean and spacious, much better than in photos, bathroom was awesome, with outdoor shower, beds were big and comfy. The pool was great for resting (from all the hotels with pools im Vietnam, is the only one we actually tried, as the atmosphere around it was welcoming).
The host helped with a lot of information, an did our stay even better.
The Location was also close to the best restaurants in town and close to the bus station. Not so close to Oxalis but Oxalis provides pick up and drop off from the town in any way, so was not an issue at all.
Overall for the price (one of the lowest) we stayed in much better hotel than we expected, as we had just a night there. Could easily stay a week without thinking twice!

It was very clean, in the middle of the city Center (if you can call it that), the host was suuper friendly and amazing- she really made our stay! My friend got food poisoned and she Asked us every day how she was feeling, said she could drive her to the hospital for free, buy or make food, or go to the Pharmacy to buy medication. She helped us with everything and was always smiling! The best host I’ve had without a doubt. She will fix anything for you. The breakfast was homemade and really good, we even got breakfast after the breakfast hour without asking, and when we took the bus early in the morning she had Made us chicken baguettes. Rooms were clean and cosy. Would stay here again!

The staff was very helpful and kind. They organised our bus to the next location, allowed us to checkin very early in the morning at no extra charge, and booked motorbikes for us. They let us know where all the good restaurants were, the activities to do and where to get petrol/ how much to buy. The room was large with a big bathroom. It was super close to lots of restaurants and coffee places. Good breakfast too.
