Big comfort rooms, well equipped. Great location - Starbucks and other restaurants are just across the street.
I was very pleased with this hotel. It was for one night.
I was very pleased with this hotel. It was for one night. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. It did not include breakfast but was priced significantly less than surrounding hotels with no gap in a great experience. Friendly and helpful staff.

Employees were pleasant and helpful, Bed was comfortable.
Employees were pleasant and helpful, Bed was comfortable. Room was dirty. Nice concept not having rugs to keep clean. They should make an attempt to clean the floors before new clients arrive. Walls were plastered with no paint. Entrance door was dirty and dingy. Bathroom door was chipped and pealing. Water pressure in shower was lousy. The topper NO COFFEE at the continental breakfast. Breakfast was the bare minimum. No coffee is unacceptable, Go buy a ten dollar pot and carafe until main one fixed. Would never stay there again!!

Dirty room old dried up food on the floor. No wifi front desk (female) telling me there's nothing she can do about the Wi-Fi. Was planning to stay 14 days to the tune of just under $1000.00!! Left after 2 days. Will never stay at a Days Inn again would rather sleep in my car!

I drive 18 hours and I didn’t sleep all night I be there around 10 am so I told guy in fort desk I already rent room he ask me card and he say we not accepted Priceline website price I rent at Priceline they charge my money but that guy charge me 15 dollar more I don’t know why he e for money
Well lit outside with neat appearance . Much cleaner and well managed outside than interior. Hallways, elevator, desk area dirty . Looks like floors have not been mopped in months, paint dirty and chipped. Bugs in my bathroom, mold in shower. Filthy tub, room floor dirty. Again, not mopped for what looked like weeks. Remote visibly dirty, sticky. No shampoo/conditioner. One bar of soap and minimal towels. Too tireD and late to try to find new hotel. BAD experience. Staff was the only redeeming thing. Polite.
The room was nasty dusty, smell like smoke. The area was nice but the way you get into the hotel was very small….. dose not have elevators we had to walk steps to get to the 2nd floor and it was hard it get my mom up the steps after she just had back surgery….. we was there for a family member funeral but the smoke smell got to us so bad we had to check out before time….. the bathroom was awful….. need a lot of up grading….. we felt very uncomfortable…. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
I’ve stayed here multiple times. I live locally but this is easier when I’m with friends and we go out at night because it’s very close to downtown Willoughby and we can Uber!!! It’s also quiet and clean. The beds are pretty comfy and parking is easy! Staff is always nice and check in/out is super quick! Also very close to the mentor mall and plenty of restaurants for anyone coming from out of town!!
This was no more than a 50 dollar n hollar hotel. Im surprised Wyndham even associates their name with them. We stayed at the Wyndham in Erie and it was night and day to compare! The web site said there was a pool, hadnt been uncovered in years. After dark there was a whole lot of traffic coming and goin. Drugs no doubtThe other guests we spoke to were just as appalled.
When we asked for something at the main desk, it was given promptly. Staff was very courteous. Complimentary coffee in the lobby was good and easily accessible as we came and went from the hotel each day. Although we had a broken hair dryer that we noticed upon arrival, the maintenance man was wonderful about finding and installing another one right away.
Our room was clean and not far from where we needed to go. Restaurants and gas stations very close to the location. Bed was comfortable and lower to the ground, unlike the chain hotels where you need a step ladder to get into bed. It was a basic room, just what we needed. Good cable TV, though!
What a charming home! Beautifully renovated and nicely appointed down to the wine glasses! It felt like being home. It’s very convenient to downtown Willoughby restaurants, and in a nice quiet neighborhood.
Check in and check out was easier than any hotel I've even stayed at. The room was really spacious and the location of the property was ultra convenient.
