This hotel was a good stop while traveling along I 75. Check in was easy and the staff were very helpful with recommending a nearby restaurant. The hotel was clean and it had all of the basic things that you need.

Like that it's right off I 75, lots of choices to eat gas station right there to fuel up. Was clean beds were comphy, kurig coffee maker, breakfast was good nice selection well lit parking lot and they take care to put the people that have pets in same area so they don't annoy other guests.

Conveniently close to highway. Motel was clean, bed was comfortable. However, the hallway and connecting room door were both unlocked when I entered room. I called the office and they stated they would never give someone a room that was already occupied. I didn't feel completely safe, but since it was 11pm I was exhausted I blocked the doors and stayed. But wouldn't stay again.

My 2 sisters & myself went to the Ark Encounter on Friday day. Silly me booked W Hampton Hotel instead of E Williamsburg Hotel. But we drove the 2 hr distance & enjoyed a very nice room, hotel attendant was very courteous, helpful. The pool was warm it was awesome. After we checked out we visited several Antique places on our way home. We all slept great. Thank you for a great trip.AAnonymousUnited States - 10Scored 10

It's a beautiful area. It's close to Tennessee and as beautiful as Tennessee, but without all the tourist traps and resorts. Some day developers will discover it and then it won't be the quiet place it is

This hotel was AWFUL!
This hotel was AWFUL! The only plus was the desk attendant when we checked in. The room was filthy. The bed looked like someone was lying in it when we walked in, because the mattress was so broken down. The carpet was sticky, and the entire room smelled like smoke. Speaking of smoke, the smoke detector had been disconnected. There were obviously people living long term there. The breakfast was a complete joke, and I seriously felt like I needed a tetanus shot after staying there. Do yourself a favor...DO NOT DO IT!!!TracyUnited States - 2.0Scored 2.0

Williamsburg is a college town.
Williamsburg is a college town. It is a nice place and the people are friendly. Cumberland University has a beautiful campus. Mostly fast food places so if you want to go out to eat you have to head to Corbin or London, KY.SmithUnited States - 6.0Scored 6.0

I have already answered. Top dislikes were no tissue in the bathroom dispenser, and poor, limited breakfast, except for yoghurt/granola, the tv choices were also limited. Top like was the weight room and the parting grab bag.

The pool needs repaired the correct way it’s missing tiles but was very clean and clear. The staff was super nice very helpful and I enjoyed that!
