Rooms are on a request clean basis.
Rooms are on a request clean basis. We asked that they freshen the bathroom after the first night. That wasn't done. We has to go to the desk to retrieve fresh towels, a roll of toilet paper, and box of tissues. Second day, we told them what happened and this time asked that they make beds, clean bathroom and provide more towels. That didn't happen either. The room was exactly as we left it and again we had to go to the front desk. Total lack of attention and service. We were very disappointed.Susan R - 10Scored 10

This facility is at the intersection of West Warwick, Warwick and East Greenwich, almost on Route 2 making travel to Warwick, East Greenwich and points south (Wickford, Kingston, Jamestown, Newport) much more likely. West Warwick hasn't much with regards to restaurants, entertainment, points of interest, etc.
