The manager has no respect for others or the bible or God I was always taught not to judge others an never judge someone on that second the moment you see them you never know what they have going on you should always be considerate of others an never threaten them that is insane for a manager to do on duty she was very rude an not appropriate for her job titlement untill she can learn more about the position of that title of a manager she holds but on the other note I was amazingly pleased with the night shift host April she is so respectful an very considerate of others and politely nice she does her job an she definitely deserves a position as a manager she doesn't judge others and accepts everyone equally unlike the manager during the day

After booking our stay. We got a call at 8:00 p.m. from the hotel and the lady informed me they did NOT have a room available for us. WE WERE ALREADY 3 HOURS INTO OUR TRIP AND HAD AND HOUR MORE TO GO! I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT! WE HAD RESERVATIONS THAT WERE MADE A WEEK PRIOR. I WAS BESIDE MYSELF! It was myself and my 8 year old grandson and another female friend. After me getting VERY UPSET over this I hung up and started looking for a different place to stay. Then they call me back and say they have 1 Room with 1 Bed so I took it but let me remind u... We are 2 Straight Women and 1 male child.
