There was no breakfast. Rooftop bar was not open. They charge you $16.25 per day for parking which I had no idea about until I got there. The hot tub and pool area was dirty. The room was nice and the patio was beautiful. The staff was also all very nice. No fitness center that I could find. Not a horrible experience but I will never stay there again,simply because of the parking fee which was not disclosed before hand.

I travel for work and my family was able to check before I arrived which made things nice. This place had a few of relaxation and rest to it. We enjoyed every moment that we were there. Less than a minute walk to the beach that had Lots of space for us to relax and play in the water.

Loved the historic building, the verandah and porches. The pool was lovely. Outstanding fresh breakfast! Friendly staff. Loved the two queen bed suite with 2 bathrooms!

I absolutely loved this place! It was my first time visiting and the location was perfect. we could walk to the restaurants and shops downtown and were right on the beach. the beach wasn’t too busy. the room was super cute and very clean! the bed and pillows were very comfortable! will definitely be back!

The room was great and the view was beautiful. We checked in Christmas eve early afternoon and planned on staying until the day after Christmas. We went to dinner at Rum Fish around 5 Christmas eve and had a great dinner. Later that night sadly my husband became very sick and started vomiting by 11 pm on Christmas eve. This continued into Christmas day so we decided to leave a day early and get him home. Very disappointed as we were looking forward to checking out the St Pete Pier and we had tickets to the Enchanted Village at Tropicana Park. Was a horrible couple of days.

This place was the perfect little getaway! Clean, modern property and rooms. The staff was super friendly and made you feel at home. It was in a great location, not too far from the beach.
